What can I do to prevent colon cancer?

Regular endoscopy screenings can help with detection of cancerous and pre-cancerous conditions. The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy encourages everyone over age 50, or those under 50 with a family history or other risk factors, to be screened regularly for colorectal cancer.
