Darlene Buddendorf has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Peirce College and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Her career in healthcare began 37 years ago as the financial coordinator for the cardiology department at Temple University Hospital. In 1992, she was asked to join key personnel to assist with the development of the Heart Failure/Transplant program at Hahnemann University hospital. In 1998, she moved with her medical director to help with the assimilation and organization of the Heart Failure/Transplant program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania as its Program Coordinator. She has experience in the development and implementation of various clinical programs, management of personnel, finances and budgets. As Administrative Director of Endoscopy Center at St. Mary, Darlene oversees all ambulatory surgical center regulations and updates.
